Q. Do I need to call ahead and make an appointment, or can I just stop by?

A. At this time we are by appointment only. We have day and evening appointments available, so please call for your free consultation.

Q: Are you willing to meet me at the venue?

A: Yes, once you have confirmed you booking with us, than we can meet you to at your location to plan your special day.

Q: I am out of town customer. Can we work together via email or by phone?

A: Of course. We encourage you to contact us however you prefer to communicate about your floral requirements

Q: I have a event planner helping with many of the details… are you willing to work with my planner?

A: We are always willing to work with other event professionals to ensure that your event is flow less.

Q: How far are you willing to travel for an event?

A: We can easily reach inner London / outer London and within the M25. Please contact us about availability outside of those area.

Q: I received a quote from you and would like to book…what do I do now?

A: Mail your 10% deposit along with the signed contract for service to us as soon as possible. This ensures that we will reserve your wedding date on our schedule. In case of cancellation the 10% is not refundable.

Q: What payment methods do accept?

A: At this time we accept cash, check, credit card and bank transfer.

Q: Will I be able to see a sample of my table flowers?

A: Yes. A sample is included in our pricing. We schedule samples for three – four weeks before an event. Any additional samples will need to be charged.

Q: I know exactly what I would like to have for my event… Can you create it for me?

A: If you can imagine it. We can create it. Our staffs are among the finest floral artisan. Feel free to bring pictures of floral designs that you like to your consultation.

Q: I don’t have a clue what I would like for my event. Can you guide me?

A: Of course. At you consultation you will have the opportunity to view pictures of our work and events we have done to see what options are available to you.

Q: My venue only allows vendors with insurance. Are you insured?

A: Flower Power is insured with liability insurance. Upon request, proof of insurance can be provided to your venue.

Q: Do you rent Mandaps? (canopy)

A: Yes to both. We can rent pre-constructed mandap or create a personalized mandap specifically for your event.

Q: My event is a holiday event. Are you willing to work on a holiday period?

A: In many case yes. Please call to discuss the date in advance.

Q: I might have some last minute changes. What is the last day I can make changes to my order?

A: Generally 10 days prior to the event. We try to accommodate all requests, but may not be able to due to availability of flower of suppliers.

Q: Help my event is next week and I don’t have flowers! Can you still help me?

A: Yes. Flower Power staffs are creative and skilled with the high quality recourses available. We make every effect to accommodate our clients. However, we recommend contacting us as far in advance as possible to ensure our availability.

Q: Do you offer package?

A: Yes Every event is unique! We make every effect to give you a package deal.

Q: Do you Hire props?

A: Yes we do. We would require a deposit.
